In 2023, Intesi Group acquired the operational branch of eWitness Italia Srl, a long-standing partner of A-Cube for its digital preservation service, already integrated into our E-invoicing API solution. This allowed Intesi Group to immediately appreciate A-Cube’s profile and working approach.

Recently, Intesi Group decided to streamline its offering, focusing on logical security and trust services, while indirectly providing some complementary—yet highly relevant—services, such as electronic invoicing. This operation did not simply involve identifying a “generic provider,” but rather carefully selecting a partner capable of offering solid guarantees in terms of specialized expertise, technical skills, dynamism, flexibility, growth mindset, and reliability.

A-Cube perfectly matched this profile, having already demonstrated an approach and team spirit very much aligned with Intesi Group’s values—laying the groundwork for the continuation of the partnership.

By entrusting the electronic invoicing service delivery to A-Cube, Intesi Group now ensures its clients not only service continuity, but an even higher level of quality: for example, A-Cube is already prepared—unlike many other players in the industry—for European e-invoicing, having successfully provided an E-invoicing service for the Polish market for some time, an ideal prelude to its upcoming extension to other EU countries in the coming months.
